Incorporated in 1988
On July 21, 1989, the Ministry of Finance (“Secretaría de Hacienda y Crédito Público”), granted ADEMSA the Federal Concession to operate as General Deposit Warehouse.
In 1990 ADEMSA began with two warehouses: Vallejo (2,000 m2) and Ayotla (10,000 m2).
The main focus for ADEMSA from 1990 to 1996 was to develop its business.
Authorized as Verification for Commercial Information Unit in 1997 by the Ministry of Economy (“Secretaría de Economía”).

ISO 9001 : 2000 CERTIFICATION
ADEMSA’s quality systems are certified ISO 9001:2000. The certification was obtained on November, 2003 by Perry Johnson Registrars Inc. Auditors, receiving the written certificate on January 2004.

INCLUSIVE ENTERPRISE
On June 15, 2005, the Ministry of Labor (“STPS – Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Social”), through the President of the Republic, granted ADEMSA the certification as “Inclusive Enterprise, for a new working culture”.
The authorities recognizes the constant commitment of social development that ADEMSA maintains with its personnel giving opportunities to people with different abilities.
CERTIFIED WAREHOUSE
This certification was obtained from the customs authority after several audit processes to certified ADEMSA as a legal trusted entity regarding international commerce, which permit the company to accelerate several operations and transactions
